| Job Description | Summary of Position: Responsible for the design and development of software, hardware and integrated solutions for project work. Primary Responsibilities: • Understand system requirements for a particular project and develop specification documents • Develop a general architecture of hardware, software and other instrumentation to meet the project requirements • Provide detailed designs based on the general architecture of the system including module layout, function development, and object design • Conduct design review meetings with the Customer • Implement the design by writing the software and integrating the hardware required by the specific program • Develop procedures for complete debug and test of the system against the requirements and conduct the Acceptance Test Procedure with the Customer • Integrate the system on-site at the customer’s facility (some travel may be required) • Provide complete documentation of the system including operations manuals, maintenance manuals, source code and any other information required by the Customer • Conduct training classes for operators, engineers, and managers on the delivered system • Provide Customer Support for systems deployed in the field |
